Immigration Law Automation
Every law firm collects intake differently. Here are three approaches — each with a live demo and honest trade-offs — so you can choose what fits your practice.

The three methods below have live interactive demos — try them after watching.
Method One
Fixed questions, structured data, 3 steps
Immigration Consultation Request

We've received your information and will review it carefully. A member of our team will be in touch within 1 business day to discuss your options.
Demo only — no data is submitted or stored.
Three steps is the sweet spot — one page feels like a wall, four or more causes drop-off. Progress indicators matter: seeing "Step 2 of 3" reassures clients the end is near. Multiple-choice options are faster to complete and produce cleaner data than free text.
Notice the form never asks which visa the client wants. That's the attorney's job — not the client's. Asking it creates confusion and bad data.
Method Two
Open questions, AI-generated follow-ups, conversational
Beamreach Intake AI
US Immigration Intake Assistant
Demo only — no personal data is stored or retained.
Starting with a single open question ("What's your name and what do you do?") removes all perceived commitment — the client feels like they're just having a conversation. This works particularly well for anxious or overwhelmed clients who don't know where to start.
The AI in this demo asks 3 questions, then identifies the most likely visa path — but that recommendation is a guide for the attorney, not a legal determination.
Method Three
Minimal entry, async conversation, one question at a time

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to Morrison & Associates.
To connect you with the right attorney, I have just one question to start:
What is your current country of citizenship, and what's the main reason you're considering US immigration — work, business, family, or study?
Feel free to reply with as much or as little detail as you'd like. There are no wrong answers.
Best,
The Morrison Intake Team

Hi — I'm from India, working as a software engineer at a startup. My company has a US office in Austin and they said they might be able to sponsor me for a work visa. I've been on an H-1B lottery waitlist before but didn't get selected.
Thanks for the context — that's really helpful.
One more question before we connect you with an attorney:
Does your Austin employer already have an active H-1B petition started for you, or is this still in early discussions?
You can also just reply to this email in your own words.
Thank you — we have everything we need.
A member of our team will review your situation and contact you within 1 business day to discuss your options and next steps.
Demo only — no email is sent or stored.
The single biggest lever here is one question per email. Asking three questions in one email gets a 20–30% response rate; asking one gets 60–80%. Include reply-button shortcuts (like in the demo) to reduce the client's effort even further.
Best combined with Method 1 or 2 — use email capture for top-of-funnel, then route engaged leads into a faster intake flow.
Side by Side
Most practices use a combination. The right mix depends on your lead sources, client demographics, and staff availability.
